Collins, Mercer. Average yardings cam© forward and found ready buyers at recent improved values. Best dairy cows made £ls to £ls; good cows. £ll to £l4 15s; other dairy cows, £5 to £lO 15sbest springing heifers, £lO 10s to £ls; other springing heifers. £5 5s to £10; empty young cows and heifers, £3 10s to £5 10s: store and boner cows, £2 to £5 15s;' fat cows and heifers, £ 6 to £l3 15s; fat steers. £ll to £l4 15s; cows with calves, £7 to £9 15s; three to four-year-oLd steers, £8 15s to £9 17s 6d; two to three-year-old steers, £7 5s to £8 12s Gd; yearling to two-year-old steers, £4 10s to £7; best yearling dairy heifers, £5 10s to £7 ss; other yearling heifers, £3 to £5 ss; sound young herd bulls, £5 to £lO 10s; heavy bulls, £4 to £5 10s; other bulls, £1 10s to £3 17s Gd; Pigs at Pukekohe and Waiuku realised values. Mr. Collins’s 39 Shorthorn dairy cows sold up to £l7 10s and averaged £3 2 9s; the Shorthorn bull mad© 27gns. The .New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited.—Sales were held during the past week at W estfield, Clcvedon, Pqpakura, Paeroa. Xgatea, Whitford and Waiuku (pigs). Wo also held at Kaipara Flats"the second annual female sale on account of the Rodney Jersey Breeders’ Club.
