Social Evening

AUCKLAND CHRYSANTHEMUM CLUB AND GLADIOLUS SOCIETY COMBINE ENTERTAINING PROGRAMME AT ANNUAL FUNCTION The annual social evening of the Auckland Chrysanthemum Club and Auckland Gladiolus Society was held on Saturday evening in the Inter-house Girls’ Club rooms, and a very enjoyable time was spent. Artists contributing to the programme were the clever juvenile performers, Koanui and Patricia, in solos and duets; Airs. Woods, Messrs. Schott, Johnson, Poffley, W. Pearce, and W. A. Dale. The accompanists for the evening were Mesdames Audinwood and Boyle, Air. Woods, and Piper L. Amor. After supper, dancing was indulged in until midnight. Among the many present were: Airs. J.
