REPS. AT PRACTICE The Auckland Basketball representatives played a practice match against Waratah on Saturday afternoon. Xo score was taken, but the representative side played a game of high standard, a slight weakness in the centres being the only vulnerable point. The dates for the New Zealand Basketball Association’s annual tournament, to be held at Hastings this year, have been altered so that the fixture will start on August 29 and finish on September 4. Another round in the Auckland Association’s inter-club championship tournament was played, the results being: Senior A Grade.—Varsity Blues 24.
