ROTORUA LAKE FRONT
COUNCIL AND DEPUTATION From Our Own Correspondent ROTORUA, Friday. A special meeting of the Rotorua Borough Council was held last evening to consider the objections to the council’s proposals regarding the lake front, presented by a deputation to the council. * The Mayor, Mr. T. Jackson presided A lengthy statement detailing the council’s scheme, and answering the objections raised by the deputation, was ordered to be sent to the objectors. A public meeting will also b«* held to explain the proposals.
