SETTLEMENT OUT OF COURT From. Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. A settlement was effected in the Supreme Court today in a claim for £2,034 damages for injuries received in a motor accident by Charles Leslie Bezant, aged 20, farm labourer, Matamata, against William Charles Ring, veterinary surgeon, Auckland. After the jury had been empannelled it was announced that a settlement had been reached.
