COMMONS VOTING SHOWED A TWO-VOTE MARGIN DEBATE ON FINANCE BILL LONDON, Thursday. 11l the House of Commons attention was directed to the figures of last evening’s division on the Finance Bill, which as given were erroneous. The Government majority was two, not three. The Speaker undertook to have the official records corrected. The Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, announced in the House of Commons that Mr. Baldwin’s censure motion on the subject of .Empire trade would be discussed on July 16
