THREE HOSPITAL CASES Concussion arid serious head injuries were received by Air. Iden Goble, aged 43, married, of 8 Alount Pleasant Road, Alount Eden, when the cycle he was riding along Dominion Road skidded yesterday afternoon. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambulance. His condition this morning was reported to be improved. Mr. James Hunter, of Taumarunui, was knocked down by a motor-car in Khyber Pass, near the junction of Broadway, Newmarket, last evening, and suffered head injuries for which he was taken to the hospital. His condition is not considered serious. An Auckland seaman on the steamer Tofua, Air. B. Fouch. was cleaning paintwork on the bridge of the vessel yesterday when lie slipped and fell to the deck below. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital, suffering from head injuries. His condition this morning was satisfactory.
