MANUREWA TOWN BOARD
A letter from the Auckland ElectricPower Board expressing thanks for offering to delay the lighting of street lamps was received by the Manurewa Town Board at its meting last evening. A letter of thanks was received from tho Manurewa public school 'committee for the seat placed at the memorial gates. It was agreed to accept the offer of £5 from Mr. C. S. McCallum toward the cost of maintenance work on Scott’s Road. z It was decided to support Tlie Auckland Provincial 'Water Board in the. proposal to obtain a. water supply for the Auckland Province.
