ARSON INDICATED BY SAMOAN OUTBREAK EARLY MORNING BLAZE APIA, Tuesday. The howling of a dog early on Sunday morning awoke some natives, who saw the Native Department’s offices at Muiinuu burning. A bucket brigade of 12 Samoans smothered the flames and the damage done was small. The investigations of the police indicate that a deliberate attempt at arson was made by some person unknown.
