CONSTABLE AWARDED £l3o
SEQUEL TO ACCIDENT Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesda3'. In the Supreme Court this morning Constable Samuel Small was awarded £l3O 8s 6d damages against George Henry Fletcher for the negligent driving of a car. The constable was riding a motor-cycle, and Fletcher cut a corner too close, thus causing a collision.
