PASSER-BY’S DISCOVERY Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Shortly after two o’clock yesterday afternoon a man was discovered dead sitting: in a motor-car in Ballanee Street, opposite the Magistrate’s Court. It is not known how long he had been sitting there and no one had noticed that he was dead until a passer-by. thinking lie was asleep, endeavoured to wake him up.

The body has been identified as that >£ Mr. C. W. McLoughlan, a health specialist. living in Newtown.
