BUT NOT ENOUGH rress Association DUNEDIN, Today. After three months of dry weather, rain fell yesterday and during the night, but the fall Avas not of any appreciable quantity. At Waipori the fall was half of that in the city, where a-quarter of an inch was recorded at the reservoir. The watex* level at the Waipori main dam is still falling steadily. Restricted tram services are being run, and tomorrow no special cars will be available for the football crowds. On Sunday only buses will be run.
