MAN FALLS OFF WHARF RESCUER FULLY-CLOTHED Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. A prompt and plucky rescue was effected when a man named Whitelaw fell off Queen’s Wharf and Percival Raymond Foster, a salesman, living at IS Edge Hill, Wellington, jumped in after him with all his clothes on. He saved his life by holding his head above water until both were hauled out of the ice-cold sea.
