MEET AT FENCOURT From Our Own Correspondent CAMBRIDGE, Today, j The hunting season opened in this ! district on Saturday, when the Cambridge branch of the Waikato hunt assembled, at Wyatts’ corner, Fencourt. It was one of the largest opening meets ever held in the Waikato. There were over 200 riders in the field, -while followers were in about 100 motor- | cars. ! The dry conditions were not good | for scent. nevertheless, hounds worked splendidly, and several fine runs were experienced, with one kill.
