MINISTERS INDUCTED

CEREMONY AT ST. JOHN’S The induction of two ministers into the Methodist Church took place at St. John’s, Ponsonby Road, last evening. The ministers who were inducted were the Rev. Wesley Parker, minister of the Eranklin Road Methodist Church, and the Rev. George Frost, superintendent of the Auckland West circuit and minister of St. John’s. After the ceremony, which was performed by the Rev. E. Drake, chairman of the Auckland district, the ministers were presented by the circuit stewards, Mr. L. Simpson and Mr. T. E. Price, to the congregation. Mr. Drake gave an address and, later, a social evening was held.
