NOT ROWDY

TRAIN PUPILS VINDICATED Allegations of disgraceful behaviour on the part of pupils on trains were considered by the Auckland Grammar School Board yesterday. Reports on the subject were submitted by the principals of the Auckland Grammar School and the Epsom Girls’ Grammar School. The principals stated that they were satisfied that the conduct of pupils on trains was generally good. Reliable girls and boys were appointed train prefects, and were fully alive to their responsibilities. The chairman, Professor A. P. W. Thomas, said that the board might consider the subject as closed. The reports were received.
