SLOOPS RETURN TO PORT The sloops \ eronica and Laburnum arrived in port last evening after a cruise round the coast ports of the Dominion. While at Lyttelton, these two ships and the minesweeper Whakakura took part in the mock battle at Alta roa early in March, when the sloops landed 350 men who "captured” the Wainui radio station.
