CHILD DIES IN HOSPITAL TRAGEDY AT INGLEWOOD Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. A child aged 21 months, Martin Reesby, son of Mr. Arthur H. Reesby, of Inglewood, wandered into a private garage next door to his home on Thursday. His mother heard him screaming and found him with his face, chest and clothes terribly burned with sulphuric acid. The child died in the New Plymouth Hospital this morning. The garage was owned by Mr. Hislop, a herd-tester, and the sulphuric acid, which was used by him ift his work, was left in the garage.
