THREE MEN ACQUITTED ON MURDER CHARGE ' SURRY HILLS SHOP RAID SYDNEY, Tuesday. Tho three men who were arrested on a charge of breaking and entering when John Prendergast was fatally shot in the backyard of a shop at Surry Ilills on March 27 were acquitted today. Mrs. Barry, the central figure in the case, and who herself was acquitted of the murder, said the accused men were not present when Pendergast was killed.
