MINERS DISAGREE
CONtLICTING VOTE ON WORK RESUMPTIONTROUBLE IN N.S.W. SYDNEY, Tuesday. Aggregate meetings of the coalminers on the Maitland fields were held today. Three meetings voted strongly against the acceptance of the owners’ compromise proposals. The Paxton men, however, voted in favour of the acceptance of the terms by a large majority.
