MILL OWNER DROWNED
BODY FOUND IN RIVER Press Association DUNEDIN, Sunday. The police were adviseef yesterday afternoon that Mr. William Arthuir Tough, aged 62, a threshing-mill owner, of Milton, had been found drowned in the Tokomaru River. He had been missing since April 2.
