MOTOR-TRUCK IN STREAM
MISHAP AT RANGIRIRI While being driven along the Great South Road at Rangiriri on Saturday evening, a motor-truck plunged into a stream near where a temporary bridge is being used during the process of road construction. The driver, who was alone, was uninjured. The bridge is situated a few hundred yards south of the Rangiriri Post Office at a point where the stream flows into the Waikato River, the road making a sharp detour.
