DOUBTFUL POINTS VICTORY HARD FIGHT AMID UPROAR NEW YORK, Monday. In a 10-round boxing match at Madison Square Garden Risko (14st) defeated Campolo (16st lib). At the beginning Campolo seemed to be the better man. Then matters turned in Risko’s favour. On several occasions the blows landed were almost fouls. Both rhen took severe punishment. The referee warned Campolo for the use of “rabbit” punches, which Risko also used. The crowd remained in an uproar throughout the contest. Sporting writers vary widely as to Risko’s win. Some of them assert that Campolo was far superior to him.
