MUSICAL. ITEMS ENTERTAIN GUESTS HAPPY EVENING AT GREENLAND A delightful coming-of-age party was given by Mr. and Mrs. James Hi.slop Wallace, at their residence, Sunnyvale Road, Green Lane, on Wednesday evening in honour of their daughter Pearl. The decorations were carried out in pale pink, while over the supper table was suspended a large gold key. During the evening a number of musical items were given. To receive her guests Mrs. Wallace wore a frock of black satin and lace. Miss Pearl Wallace was wearing a blue satin t'rock. Among those present were Mrs. J. Oliver, Mrs. G. Hislop, Mrs. X). Knight, Mrs. H. Allkins, Misses G. Evans, R. Gibson, Beryl and Kona Robinson, Valerie and Ethelwyn Wells, Ivy and Nancy Oliver, Melda Rogers, Edna Whittaker, Myfie Thomas and Jean Alarbeck.
