MOTUIHI ISLAND OPEN

AVAILABLE TO PICNICKERS Alotuihi Island, which was closed to the public for three weeks while the Aorangi passengers were in quarantine there, is once more available to picnickers. The ban on the public using the resort was lifted on Thursday last, the Town Clerk, Mr. J. S. Brigham, stated today, and the island can now be visited as formerly. Picnickers are spending the day there today and tomorrow several parties are going there. Dr. T. J. Hughes, medical officer of! health, has approved of the reopening! of the resort.
