KICK-INTO-TOUCH RULE
WELLINGTON MOVES FOR REVIVAL NOTICE TO N.Z. UNION Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The Wellington Rugby Union has sent in a notice of motion fur the New Zealand Union's annual meeting, that the kick-into-touch rule be resumed throughout the Dominion this season and, failing that, that the Wellington Union be granted permission to play j the old rule.
