HATRY’S ACCOMPLICE
GIALDINI ARRESTED AT MILAN HOTEL EVIDENCE FROM ENGLAND Reed. 11.5 a.m. MILAN, Sunday. John Gialdini, the former associate e of Clarence Hatry. who is wanted in London, was arrested while he was leaving a hotel in Milan. He was taken to St. Victor prison, and will be brought before an examining magistrate, who will decide on the evidence from England whether he can be prosecuted in Italy. It is most unlikely that Gialdini will be extradited to England, but according to a message from Rome, John Gialdini will probably be tried at Milan on evidence collected in England.
