BIRKENHEAD BAND FAIR
The Birkenhead Band Committee held its monthly meeting last evening, the chairman, Mr. G. Huddleston, presiding. The arrangements are well in hand for the band’s fair, to be held on Friday and Saturday, several of Auckland's bands having promised to assist. It was decided to hold concerts on Sunday evenings in the Foresters’ Hall during the winter months. The band intends visiting Rotorua at Easter.
