A very charming mode of the moment is the fichu-scarf of chiffon or tulle, frilled at the edge, and arranged softly over the shoulders, with long ends floating down the side. With a blue moire princess gown, high-waisted and demure, such a scarf in pale blue chiffon would create a wonderfully picturesque effect.
