MR. D. G. A. COOPER’S WORK Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Th<% retirement of Mr. L. G. A. Cooper, for some years stipendiary magistrate and also chairman of the ■War Pensions Board, has been announced. The chairmanship of the War Pensions Board will be niled by the appointment of Mr. T. E. Y. Seddon, exand barrister and solicitor of Greymouth. Tho other members of the board, Dr A. W. Izard and Mr. J. D. Harper, will be appointed for a further term.
