NORTHCOTE REGATTA
FINAL ARRANGEMENTS MADE Final arrangements for the sideshow events which will take place at Hinemoa Park, off Birkenhead Wharf, on Saturday, February 22, were made last evening at a meeting of the North - cote and Birkenhead Regatta Committee, Mr. A. C. Tyer, chairman of the committee, presiding. The following programme was adopted, for which post entries will be I'eceived: Schoolboys’ swimming race, women’s dinghy race, men’s swimming race, boj's’ dinghy race, egg-in -the-spoon race, greasy boom, men’s dinghy race, women’s swimming race, duck hunt, sculling race, costume race, amphibious On the following Saturday, March j, the sailing events will be held, the full programme of which will be advertised later. The flagship, as in former years, will be the auxiliary ketch Miro, kindly lent by Mr. C. E. Campbell, Esq., agent for Nobel’s (Australia), Ltd.
