DEPARTURE FROM LONDON IN FOG ASSEMBLAGE AT WATERLOO Heed. 11 a m. LONDON, Friday. Dense fog enshrouded the depart tyre for New Zealand of Lord Bledisloe. There was a distinguished assemblage at Waterlbo Station, and the ■Hon. T. M. and Mrs. Wilford presented an artistic basket of New Zealand fruit to Lady Bledisloe, who was weighed down with magnificent bouquets.
Lord Colebrook represented the King, Colonel H. V. B. De Satge represented Lord Passfield and Sir E. Harding the Dominions office.
