BRITAIN NEEDS WAKING UP APPEAL FOR ADVERTISING LONDON, Thursday. Sir Charles Higham, addressing the #oyal Empire Society, said: “British wade dwells in a wilderness of apathy. We are standing still, while others wave the trade flag. We are too satisfied with ourselves, and need waking hj>. "The Empire's Industries must collectively organise and advertise. Let them tell the world, or the world will forget them. The cheapest and quickest way is to tell the world through newspapers.”
