DR. CLEARY’S BEQUESTS Probate and letters of administration have been granted by Mr. Justice Smith regarding the estate of the lute Henry YYjliiam Cleary, Roman Catholic Bishop ol Auckland. The estate was ■wo™ in thG Supreme Cour t at under Under the will, the trustees, the viglit Hev. J. M. Liston, successor to Bishop Cleary, and the Right Rev ivlonseignor Cahill, of Onehunga, were directed to stand possessed, free of nuty and other charges, of money standing to the late bishop’s credit or to money to which he was entitled by canon law or diocesan custom, in respect of the following accounts f 11 ?! 1 we I re at the fre personal disposal ol the deceased prelate, and which were by him set aside for the maintenance and support of the Bishop of Auckland and the Bishop’s House.: The two mensal accounts (ecclesiastical income). ’I he net rentals of dwellings in St. Mary s Road, and St. Francis de Sale street, Ponsonby, and of lands at Barry’s Point. The amounts paid to the late bishop, wholly, or in part, due to hira by canon law or diocesan custom. All amounts in the No. 1 diocesan accounts standing to liis credit.
