HAURAKI CROWN LANDS
COMMITTEE TO INSPECT From Our Own Correspondent THAMES, Today. The opening up of Crown land in the Hauraki Peninsula, of which a large tract of good farming land is adjacent to Thames, has been persistently advocated by local bodies. It has resulted in Mr. A. M. Samuel. M.P., notifying the Thames authorities that the advisory committee will inspect the land on January 2S.
