DISASTER AT CROSSING
TRAIN HITS MOTOR-COACH IN SPAIN SEVENTEEN PERSONS KILLED MADRID, Thursday. A frightful level crossing smash occurred near Sansadurni, in the Rarcelona Province, when a train crashed into a motor-coach, with the result that IT persons were killed and 10 others were injured. The driver of the train drowned himself, although he was considered to be blameless. The only occupant of the coach who was not hurt disappeared. It is believed he became demented.
