WATERSIDER INJURED
STRUCK BY BALE OF KAPOK William White, a watersider, aged 33, of 43 Owen Street, Arch Hill, had his right elbow crushed against a stanchion by a bale of kapok while engaged in the unloading of the steamer Mataroa at Queen’s Wharf yesterday The injured man was removed to the Public Hospital by the St. John Ambulance at 7.3 - p.m.
