THROWN FROM HORSE
DROVER SUFFERS INJURIES As the result of being thrown from his horse while working in a paddock on the property of Mr. Forsyth at Lake Hoad, Ellerslie, yesterday, a drover, Mr. Wesley Howard Martin, of Otahuhu, suffered injuries to his head. He was removed to Onehunga, where he received attention from Dr. W. H. Thomas, who ordered his removal to the Auckland Hospital. His condition this morning is stated to be satisfactory.
