BRITAIN UNDER LABOUR REGIME CHURCHILL S CRITICISM LONDON, Monday. “If the Labour Party is allowed to have its way, this powerful country will be converted into a vast soup kitchen,” said Mr. Winston Churchill in a speech at a Conservative luncheon in London. America, Germany and France are reducing taxation in order to improve their world trading capacity, bat the British Government has committed the country to the expenditure of a further £20,000,000.”
