TRANSPORT BOARD TAKES MEMBER TO TASK ACTION OF MR. POTTER 1 For writing an “unfair and misleading” letter to one of the Auckland papers, Mr. E. H. Potter, a member of the Auckland Transport Board,, was censured by resolution of the board at its committee meeting yesterday. Mr. Potter had claimed in the letter that sets of figures furnished by the board's officials were inconsistent. The chairman. Mr. J. A. C. After the board had received the report the following resolution was carried on the motion of Mr. G. It deplores his reference to the chairman and places on record that the chairman has on all occasions assisted members in obtaining all information they have required.”
