Pirate Shippe Proves Popular
MANY DANCERS ATTEND BEACH CABARET The delightful weather drew a large number of dancers to the Pirate Shippe, Milford, on Saturday, where most enjoyable music was provided by the orchestra, which has recently been added to. Dancing was enjoyed on both decks. Among those present were: Mrs. David Robertson, who wore a charming frock of silver lame and cream satin. Mrs. Sydney Lambert Smith was in crepe de chine in pastel tones of green a-nd cream. Mrs. B. Whittaker chose a frock of deep gold lace. Airs. E. Hardley was wearing a flowered taffeta frock. Mrs. Rodney Burt’s frock was of deep peach embossed taffeta. Irs. Laing Mason was in a frock of embroidered black georgette. A frock of silver brocaded satin was favoured by Mrs. James. Geranium lace with a clasp of rhinestones Avas worn by Mrs. Lionel Clews. Mrs. C. Hardley wore floral georgette in a pretty shade of shell pink. Mrs. Ketingender had on a frock of green georgette with uneven hem. Mrs. J. F. Potter was wearing cicl blue taffeta. ~ , , , . Mrs. Boych chose a black lace frock. Mrs. G. Hardley Avore a floral taffeta frock with uneven hem. Mrs. Baden Whittaker's frock was of gold lame. , , , , . Airs. Clements had on a gold late frock. Miss ITpton's pretty frock was of white and blue voile. . , Aliss Alarie Cassidy had chosen a pink satin period frock with rosebud trimmS?ss Joan Lyons wore white georgette and chenille velvet. Miss YVhineray s frock was of Chinese Petrie had on black taffeta and net with uneven hemline. Miss Ethel Shephard s frock was Of figured ninon with a Chinese red shawl. Aliss Phyllis Jackson chose jade embroidered georgette. Aliss Beryl Buckley was in cream crepe de Miss ll< M.
