CANADIAN SPRINTER NOT FOR NEW ZEALAND United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright (Received 4.30 p.m.) HAMILTON (Ontario), Friday. The tour of New Zealand, which had been arranged for Percy Williams, the Olympic sprint champion, and Jimmy Ball, the quarter-miler, has been cancelled, owing to the inability of Williams to leave. They had planned to sail for New Zealand on Christmas Day.
