HUNTLY PRESBYTERIANS

The annual meeting of the Ivnox Presbyterian Church at Huntly was held on Tuesday evening, the Rev. M. C. Gibb presiding over a large attendance. The annual report was one of progress in all departments of the church’s activities. The membership roll stood at 69, with good attendance of congregations, and the Sunday school roll at 97. The treasurer’s report showed that the sum of £945 had been contributed for the year’s working and £BS was donated to benevolent purposes. A modern Sunday school in brick had been erected, thanks to liberal support, at a cost of £760, of which £ 369 was owing. The election of the board of managers resulted as follows: —Messrs. W. Barclay, E. Bryant, J. Bogie, ID.. 'Fisher, R. Gardner, H. Gavin, M. Penman, J. McLuckie, Wm. Shaw, Geo. Shaw.
