PICTURES CONDEMNED BY T. B. STRONG CENSORS NOT BLAMED Press Association WELLINGTON, Thursday. A condemnation of such pictures as those dealing with New York cabaret life was made by the Director of Education, Mr. T. B. Strong, at the Wellington Girls’ College break-up. He said it was time parents had something to say about the insidious influence of pictures of that sort on our young folk.. He did not blame the censor, who had a difficult task, but thought there might bo a board of advice to lay down the policy to be followed in respect to censorships
