NIGHT-LONG GUARD OVER FAMILY

DEPARTED IN MORNING Rec. 11.10 a.m. MELBOURNE, Today. A thief who robbed the home of Mr. John Miller, at Footscra.v, acted in a strange manner. He bound the hands of Mr. Miller’s wife and two children, and Mr. Miller, who returned home at 10 o'clock at night. He then stood guard over the family with a revolver until six in the morning. when he departed. Mrs. Miller managed to free herself and the others.
