COLLISION AT INTERSECTION
A collision between a motor-cycle, driven by Mr. Arnold Watts, of Balmoral Road. Mount Eden, and a motorcar driven by Mr. Roy Gunthorpe, of Otahuhu, at the intersection of New North Road and Mount Albert, Road, Mount Albert, at about 7.45 on Saturday evening, resulted in Miss Jessie Archibald, of Myers Road, suffering abrasions.
The impact caused the woman, who was pillion-riding, to lose her balance and fall to the ground. After treatment by Dr. T. H. Pettit, of Mount Albert, she was able to proceed home. Both men escaped injury, while neither of the vehicles was badly damaged.
