LIST AT HAMILTON From Our Own Con'cspondcnt HAMILTON, Today. Many divorce petitions -were Heard before Mr. Justice Herdmau at tile Supremo Court today. Roy Lionel Fletchard Hales obtained a decree nisi against his wife on the grounds of failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights. Douglas Edward Descau Chester, farm labourer, of Cambridge, secured a decree nisi against Gladys Catherine Chester on the grounds of adultery. Edward Conning, Te Awamutu, was granted a decree nisi against Clarice Isabell Conning on the grounds of adultery. On the grounds that her husband never maintained or lived with her, Elsie Margaret Mclntosh was granted a decree nisi against James Vivian Sinclair Mclntosh. Dudley Reginald Carford said that when he was 21 he married Margaret Russell, who wqs 15 years his senior. Subsequently, they agreed to separate. A decree nisi was granted. Mary Josephine Robb, of Rotorua, obtained a decree nisi against Robert Robb, on the grounds of mutual separation. Redvers Kendrick Ronaldo Atwood was ordered to return to his wifa within 14 days.

Thomas McCarron, Waihi, miner, was granted a decree nisi against Dorothy Mabel McCarron on the grounds of incompatibility. Gertrude Pearl Griffiths, of Kopaki, secured a decree nisi against Andrew Griffiths on the grounds that her husband had failed -to maintain her.
