MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE FAILS
LORRY ACCIDENT SEQUEL
* SYDNEY, Tuesday. In the Criminal Court at Sydney Percy Spittlehouse, aged 31, charged with manslaughter, was acquitted and discharged. The case arose out of a motor-lorry accident on August 11, when two persons were killed at Newtown.
