DUSSELDORF SLAYER

POLICE GET ANOTHER CHART

GRAVE OF GIRL VICTIM LONDON, Tuesday. The Dusseldorf correspondent of the “Daily Express” says the police who are investigating the “Jack the Ripper” murders have received through the post another chart. It is similar to that which indicated the spot where Maria Hahn’s body was found. The latest chart purports to show the place where the body of another of the “Ripper’s” victims was buried. It gives her name as Maria Weise, and says she was murdered on August 26. The detectives engaged on the case were so impressed by this chart that they visited the field indicated on it. It is expected that digging will shortly be commenced there. The existence of this latest chart is a strict secret at Dusseldorf, says the correspondent. This is in order to prevent a fresh panic.
