GIRL GUIDES

OTAHUHU FUNCTION ATTRACTIVE STALLS , The First and Second Companies of i Girl Guides. Otahuhu, combined and held an enjoyable evening in the 3 Fitly Trinity .Hall last evening. The proceeds are to be devoted to the annual camp fund. Stalls were erected in the hall, and were the means of adding to the proceeds, a large assortment of miscellaneous articles being disposed of. During the evening items were contributed by Miss N. Cooke, song: Miss E. Griffiths. recitation: Second Company, doll dance: Miss K. Fenton, pianoforte solo; Miss C. Cooke, recitation: Miss 11. Jenkins and J. Wilson, pianoforte duet; Miss C. King, recitation: Second Company, folk dance; First Company, playettc, “Pandora": Miss F. Sutton, recitation. An exhibition of ambulance work was also given. The function was brought to a close with a campfire.
